Registration for New Worker, Chronic Care & Medicaid TA Programs

Registering for Health Insurance Training Center for New York State Health Insurance Programs (HITC) training programs is easy!

Step 1 - Fill in your personal information and local agency contact information. Make sure you entered your contact information correctly, and choose your agency type.  You will receive a confirmation letter/email before every training program.
Step 2 - Select the program(s) you want to sign up for by scrolling down to view available courses and clicking the check box(es).
Step 3 – Click the Submit button.

All of the trainings offered are open only to New York State Local Departments of Social Services (LDSS) staff; participants and health plans participating in the Facilitated Enrollment (FE) program; and any other entities, as determined by the New York State Department of Health, that assist individuals enrolling in health insurance. Waitlist Information

Programs that have reached capacity and are closed, or programs for which the registration deadline has passed, will not appear on the Registration Form. If you are interested in registering for a training program but do not see it listed here, please contact us to check for availability. You may be placed on a waiting list. If there is sufficient interest, we will explore additional ways to meet your training needs.
